This lesson DVD (1 hour and 40 minutes) understandably demonstrates contemporary and practical Self Defence for women, men, beginners and trained persons, by and with graduate engineer Wolfgang Gröger Shihan 15th Dan (Menkyo Kaiden Kugyo Happo Hiken) Budo-Taijutsu (Bujinkan) and 12th Dan Goshin-Taijutsu (IAWO). He is one of the experts for self defence.

The single defence techniques are demonstrated partially demonstrated with and without everyday objects (key, umbrella, chair, jacket, etc.). Most techniques are also shown in slow motion. The shown techniques are eventually modifiable for combat sportsmen, combative trainers, self defence teachers and other interested people.
